Crescent Development Project

The Crescent Development Project is a large-scale mixed-use development in Baku that integrates modern architectural, engineering, and construction solutions. The project includes the precise planning and execution of commercial, residential, and other functional spaces. In such complex developments, accurate site and structural measurements, digital environment modeling, and properly prepared execution documentation are essential for successful project delivery.

Within the scope of the project, geodetic works were carried out to accurately measure the site and structural components, ensuring reliable coordinate and elevation data. Based on the collected survey data, a digital twin model of the project was developed to provide a detailed visualization of the existing conditions in a digital environment. In addition, shopdrawing documents were prepared to support architectural and engineering coordination, while as-built surveys and documentation were produced to reflect the actual executed condition of the works on site. This approach enabled more accurate and efficient management throughout the construction, coordination, and final delivery stages of the project.
